    • This SPIF program is not intended to replace, modify or supersede any terms or conditions of your individual Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”). As a result, the terms of your individual Plan remain in full force and effect; all terms of the Plan apply to this incentive.

    • SPIF Participants must be employed for the full Performance Period of the SPIF in order to be eligible for SPIF incentive payment.
