Onboarding process and expectations | Covid-19

Given the tough times we are in, it is our commitment to get your business live and start accepting online orders as quickly as possible. This will require us to fast track certain steps in our process, but once this pandemic is behind us, Zuppler will be circling back to complete our full onboarding process. We will keep you apprised along the way. 

Below you will see a clear outline of what the Stimulus package and free setup involves along with what is not involved. We ask that you please review this prior to beginning the onboarding process.

This package includes:

  • Full standard size menu setup for online ordering

  • Setup of all standard business rules, delivery information, and settings to enable customers to order online (within the scope of current Zuppler ordering features)

  • Publishing online ordering menu on Google ordering channel so you can quickly start accepting orders (if applicable)

  • Integration of the online ordering menu with your website if you picked that as an option

  • (1) 30 minute consultation with our onboarding specialist to review the menu and process - We highly recommend preparing questions and topics that you would like to go over during the call as additional time may be subject to a charge.

  • (1) round of menu iteration/changes - additional changes may be subject to a charge.

  • Assignment of ownership so you can access the control panel to make updates and modifications to the menu

  • Instructions on how to place test orders and confirm them

  • Instructions on how to access the control panel and make basic updates to the menu, change prices, pause items, etc

  • Integrated credit card ordering with Zuppler processing

This package does not include:

  • Adding item and modifier images

  • Visual ordering

  • Custom menu settings, fields, or drop downs

  • Customized branding and integration

  • Branded mobile app POS integration

  • Live training session
